What to report
- A camp coverage count that looks incorrect
- A claim code that should exist but isn't found
- A distribution round total that doesn't match field records
- Suspected duplicate that was not blocked
- Any data on this portal that appears tampered
Do not include

- National ID or BVN numbers
- Home addresses or GPS locations of persons
- Third-party personal data of any kind
